Webkinz Craze: What Are They?Feb 10, 2008

Ok Parents! These toys whether you like it or not are becoming a new craze among kids from age five to fourteen! What are they? These are just a bunch of fiber and stuffing-imagine a beanie baby with a high tech twist. Each animal comes with its own code that lets your child adopt it into webkinz world. Then you have a virtual version of the pet on the computer. These animals are a big craze because they are a lot of fun and not at all expensive. They are only about twelve to fifteen bucks and you can get them just about anywhere. Stores can hardly keep these toys in stock! Kids also like collecting the rare ones. A rare or retired webkinz is about thirty to fifty bucks. If your kid is a super collector they may get one for that price but most kids are content with a normal one. I have seen the website and it is both fun and educational. It is also not hard at all for younger kids. My friend's little sister loves it and she is five. I also know some thirteen and fourteen year olds who love it also. These make great gifts for parties two because they are cheap. There are also a ton of great accessories that go along with webkinz like:
1. Webkinz Lip Gloss
2. Webkinz Body Spritz
3. Webkinz Charm Bracelets,neclaces and charms
4. Webkinz Clothes
5. Webkinz Trading Cards
6. Webkinz Mouse Pads
7. Webkinz Pencil Cases

And of course the stuffed animals you add online. All this other stuff comes with a feature code that you type in on the computer and unlocks cool prizes. The lip gloss and stuff can be used on your kid. It is not for the webkinz. The charm bracelet is supposed to be for the kid but if you want to get creative than you can make a little neclace for your webkinz. There are a lot of questions you probably have on webkinz and if you want them answered just post you questio as a comment by this review. I will try my best to answer it since I am a ton of webkinz expierience.

This Webkinz pet is really cute in person and on-line in Webkinz World. It smiles a big smile in Webkinz World when performing various activities. The pet is a great addition for any Webkinz collector, or even for someone who is just looking for that one cute Webkinz pet.

The white cheeky dog has been retired for a few years and I wasn't sure I could even get one but amazon.com sent me a very cute doggie and he is very much loved. Amazon.com is great on picking stuffed animals for me I will continue to order from them in the future when I can't find one local or it is retired and hard to find..very pleased with the quality of their stuffed animals..Lovey :0)

This was a Christmas gift for my 9 year old granddaughter, and she fell in love with Cheeky Dog at first sight. He is darling and adds even more to the awesome Webkinz program for kids!
