This costume is exactly as described. It does run small so get a large to be safe. I read previous reviews and heeded the warning. You can pull the pink ribbons in the front to tighten it up. I also bought a white petticoat to make the skirt puff up like in the picture. It's all one piece and zips up in the back. White thigh~highs with bows that match the dress come with it. Super Cute!!

After reading other reviews the one thing I saw was that ordering the next size bigger was a good choice. They were all right. I was on the fence about what size to use, and I ordered the next size up; and it fits perfectly. The costume is beautiful and is made from good material. Some sellers include the stockings with your costume order, so if you want/need them make sure you read from the seller exactly what is included in your order.

This outfit is a lot of fun! It is good quality and perfect for Oktoberfest, which is what I wanted it for. It is very cute and flattering, but the sizes definitely run SMALL compared to other sizes here in the USA. I forget which size I ordered - Medium I think - and it is a perfect fit for my size (5'4", 128lbs). I usually buy small or extra small in shops like Gap.
NB: the stockings ARE included (but NOT the shoes).

I really loved this costume because it was so cute and went really well with my boyfriend's Samuel Adams costume. The only downfall was that I ordered a large and when I received it, it was very tight fitting; I almost couldn't zip it up in the back! I was able to make it work though, and everyone loved it.
I I would have gone with the extra large if I could have returned it. Just a tip; if you are on the fence, go with the bigger size :)

I found the quality of this costume to be good to excellent! I got the larger size as advised in the other reviews and a white polka-dot petticoat. The stockings fit well and the bows are so cute! Paired with some round toed high heels, I really loved this outfit! I will have to find another excuse to wear it!
