Good, but not a 3 person tubeSep 12, 2009
By Simple Consumer I purchased this tube as a 3 person tube. However, remember it is a 70" tube. This means that 3 small children may be able to use it, but 2 bigger teenagers is definitely the max. Saucer type tubes like this are muscle intensive, meaning that you really need to hang on with your arms and they get tired. Bigger people will drag their feet in the water, which can also be annoying to some.
The tube cover seems well made with good handles, comfortable material (some material will scratch bare skin). Ours quickly developed a "tumor" in the bladder that caused a large bubble out the top and bottom of the tube which made it uncomfortable to ride. We had to return it, however I would certainly buy the same tube again.
Comes with a decent rope and the quick attach makes it easy to tie on. Any tube you purchase should have one. This is a great price for a good size tube. Remember to store your tube out of direct sun and be safe.

Kids love itAug 03, 2009

This is the 4th towable we've owned in addition to a knee board, pair skis and a slalom ski. The kids absolutely think this is the best thing ever. As an adult, I would, however, not recommend putting a child under the age of 10 on this towable since it has no place to sit "into". The top surface is flat and lateral forces can sling a child off it (although this is a declared objective of my 12 & 15 year old :-) ).

more fun than a barrel of monkeysSep 08, 2008
By Jason M. Amodea We love this tube! We had a big mabel which was great but too big. This tube is nice and small but still allows for fun for up to three people. I recomend this at around $100 as a great value for family fun.

Amazing Tube, at any priceJun 18, 2011

My family and I purchased this tube about a year ago, and we can't get enough of it. The fabric is extremely durable, and has even faced the perrils of 4 150ish pound teenagers at a time going 40 over jumps. This has never had a problem on neither our 16' fishing boat, or on a whaler that we use with our friends. It is very large and you do need quite a bit of strength to stay on going fast, but In my opinion I think that is all the fun of tubing while getting massie air over wakes.I will note it does not perform as fast as a smaller tube would on the 16' fishing boat, but it only has a 25hp motor so that was expected. On the larger 18-20' whaler 75hp it performed phenomanoly. It was amazing for air and the handles make it very easy to hold on to. If you look in the picture in the middle of the tube above the large black strip are two black handles, which we've found to be very useful. When if your an experienced tuber you may know often you slip when you turning over wakes at 40 knots. I find that it's fun to stand on it while riding and I can't say enough good things about it. From the other tubes I've used this one exceeds all of them by far because it was engineered for pure tubing enjoyment. I will also mention on smaller boats I would hesitate buying this because you can't have 3 people on it, only 1 if you want to go at any enjoyable speed, however I didn't find that it sank more that usual with one rider which I was pleased to find. If you ever have the problem of falling off the tube, I wouldn't have to worry, because when I last used it I was 5'7" 145 and I could jump and flop all over it all I wanted because its size is massize. Amazing tube, please buy this fantastic, durable, behemoth tube.

It's AlrightSep 27, 2009

This tube is definetly big enough for one or two people, three would be pushing it unless they were all real small. I only had a chance to use it once but when the boat slowed down the nose of the tube goes into the water. Otherwise it seemed fine for the price.
