Firstly, this product is the whole package, not just the insert. With that out of the way, if you try a Fleshlight, you will NOT be able to go back to masturbation by hand. It is just that good. You get the best results if you leave it in hot water for about 10 minutes and then use it, but I've used it cold and it is still fantastic. As far as the insert goes, it was very much like the real thing, with the variations in texture feeling natural, not overly synthetic. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and will definitely buy more inserts in the future.

It does not feel like women. I don't think any woman can have internal organ design like this. I doubt most buyers care about the realistic part of a flashlight, so i will review based on my flight.
When you first penetrate, you will feel like you just poke through a thin film. However, as you enter, you will kind of feel the room of each chamber. It is tighter than the regular lotus, but I would not describe it as amazing.
If you want realism look for meiki 006 or maria ozawa. If you want cheap one-time use with great feeling, get tenga. I tossed this product away after experience with other masturbator
